Chuck Loeb

Chuck Loeb's dazzling guitar technique and appealing style have created musical magic in the early 70's band of Stan Getz to more recent work with Nelson Rangell, Bill Evans, and Michael Franks. On Magic Fingers, Chuck shares the spotlight with pianist Andy LaVerne and a host of guests including Will Lee and Dave Weckl. Life Colors also features Will Lee and saxophonist Michael Brecker. Balance offers a variety of contemporary melodic tunes demonstrating Loeb's warm, low key, bluesy soloing. Mediterranean and Simple Things feature a more contemporary sound with the latter including sidemen, Peter Erskine, Russell Ferrante, and Will Lee.
